...An Easter Bundt...after all, isn't there a Bundt for pretty much all seasons, celebrations or days of the week!?!?
This is my Easter Bundt...it is my usual Bundt Cake recipe, a la Nigella...here with my marbled 'tweak' from here...
...and all I did was add some yellow food colouring gel and swirl away...
...then decorated it using the ganache recipe form here...(well about 1/4 of it actually, the rest makes wonderful truffles!!) and some mini eggs...the kiddies chose the yellow colour..."because it's the same as chicks at Easter"....then we ate half of it after dinner today...and true to form, it was delicious...I think I love my Bundt Pan!! How sad am I?!
